:Epoxy primer
The first step is to clean the floor with epoxy flooring, which is done in different ways according to its dirty condition, after which the floor should be sanded for as much cleaning as possible and to create suitable scratches and scratches. After completing these two steps, primer coating should be done on the floor. In this stage, dilute epoxy liquid with high permeability should be poured on the floor with good adhesion after drying to be able to insulate the surface in terms of moisture passage with the necessary strength and create High adhesion surface to protect the next layer from the separation of the floor in the future. Therefore, the life and durability of the floor directly depends on the quality of the primer and choosing the right type of primer and dryness and cleanliness of the surface when doing it is very important. Epoxy floor primers They are mainly divided into the following two groups:
Epoxy Polyamide Flooring Primer: EPD-01
This primer is produced and presented based on bisphenol () and hardener polyamide () resin. In the production of this product, a special composite solvent is used, which reduces the viscosity of the product to increase its penetration into concrete and substrate. This product has a very good adhesion to the floor and the subsequent layers adhere well to it, and also due to its good flexibility, it does not crack or break.
EPN-06 Epoxy Polyamine Flooring Primer
This type of primer is produced and presented on the basis of bisphenol () and polyamine () hardener resin and its viscosity is reduced by a special solvent and penetrates the concrete surface and hardens after hardening of the concrete surface. This product is mostly sensitive to floor moisture. It is used in very dry places and special places and its surface becomes hard and brittle due to being more expensive and also the above mentioned cases. In most places, polyamide primer is used for epoxy flooring.
