هاردنرهای اپوکسی
هاردنرهای مورد مصرف در صنعت کفپوش عمدتا به دو گروه عمده اصلی زیر تقسیم میشوند
هاردنرهای پلی آمید : این گروه از هاردنرها عمدتا در رنگهای اپوکسی و پرایمر کاربرد داشته و بدلایل خصوصیات مناسب زیر استفاده گسترده ای دارند : انعطاف پذیرند مقاومت بالا نسبت به ضربه و مواد شیمیایی دارند و بدلیل چسبندگی بالا به بتن و مقتاومت مناسب به رطوبت در صنعت کفپوش عمدتا بعنوان هاردنر پرایمر مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد .
هاردنرهای پلی آمین
IHهاردنر پلی آمین این هاردنرها بسیار در صنعت و بخصوص صنعت کفپوش کاربرد داشته و برای روکش و لایه های کفپوش استفاده میشود این هاردنر بامقاومت شیمیایی نسبتا خوب معمولا در لایه ها و روکش استفاده میشودو رزین پس از خشک شدن بسیار سخت گردیده ودر دمای اتاق خشک میگردد

Epoxy floor thinner
Active or reactive epoxy thinners
These diluents participate in the reaction and form part of the non-volatile binder. These diluents are non-volatile and do not evaporate. These low-viscosity liquids, when mixed with the original resin, reduce the final viscosity. In addition, the diluents improve the resin flexibility and the air bubbles formed leave the reaction faster.
Inactive epoxy thinners
These diluents do not react and are volatile and usually have high evaporation. These solvents reduce viscosity and cause problems such as reduced final strength after drying, risk of fire, evaporation and risk of poisoning by it.
Polyurethane resin
Polyurethanes are polymers that have a urethane bond. This bond is formed by incremental adsorption between an isocyanate group and an active hydrogen compound. Isocyanate groups are highly reactive and therefore do not require an increase in temperature to advance their reaction. Polyurethane resistance to abrasion, impact and cracking is very good and hardens at ambient temperature and its resistance to sunlight is much higher than the epoxy group.

پودر کربنات کلیسیم
کربنات کلسیم یک ماده پرکاربرد و فراوان در پوسته زمین است . کربنات کلسیم نوعی سنگ رسوبی است که در طی میلیونها سال تشکیل شده است . کربنات کلسیم در معادن به شکل کلسیت ، آراگونیت ، ،سنگ مرمر، سنگ آهک یافت میشود .
این ماده نقطه ذوب بالایی حدود 1339 درجه سانتیگراد داشته و غیر قابل اشتعال بوده و غیر سمی است .
این ماده معدنی و پر کاربرد ارزان بوده و فیلر مناسبی در بسیاری از کاربردها در صنعت رنگ میباشد

که پس از واکنش هاردنر و رزین که واکنشی گرمازا بوده و جهت ادامه آن نیاز به گرما نبوده و نتیجه این واکنش ماده ای پا ساختار پایدار میباشد که در بسیاری از صنایع مانند کفپوشها و روکشهای محافظتی لوله ها و سازه های فلزی و بسیاری دیگر کاربرد دارد
