Flooring is mainly used as a hardener primer.
Polyamine hardeners
IH Polyamine hardener These hardeners are widely used in industry, especially in the flooring industry, and are used for floor coverings and layers. This hardener with relatively good chemical resistance is usually used in layers and veneers. The resin hardens after drying and dries at room temperature.

این رقیق کننده ها در واکنش شرکت نکرده و فرار میباشند و معمولا تبخیر بالایی داشته و بایستی حتی الامکان استفاده نگردند ولی در بسیاری از پروژه ها استفاده از آنها جهت کاهش ویسکوزیته ضروری است و میبایستی در حد محدودی استفاده گردند استفاده بیشتر از حد مجاز آن مشکلاتی را بو جود میآورد که بایستی به آنها توجه گردد از جمله میتوان به کاهش استحکام نهایی پس از خشک شدن ، خطر آتش سوزی ،تبخیر و خطر تنفس و مسمومیتهای ناشی از آن از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است.

Active or reactive epoxy thinners
These diluents participate in the reaction and form part of the non-volatile binder. These diluents are non-volatile and do not evaporate. These low-viscosity liquids, when mixed with the original resin, reduce the final viscosity. In addition, the diluents improve the resin flexibility and the air bubbles formed leave the reaction faster.
Inactive epoxy thinners
These diluents do not react and are volatile and usually have high evaporation. These solvents reduce viscosity and cause problems such as reduced final strength after drying, risk of fire, evaporation and risk of poisoning by it.

Resins used in the flooring industry are mainly divided into the following two main groups
Resins used in floor primers that are used with polyamide hardeners
Resins used in veneers and floor coverings, which are mainly used with polyamine hardeners, and the most popular is 828 resin.

Polyurethane flooring primer
The first step is to clean the polyurethane flooring, which is done in different ways according to its dirty condition, after which the floor should be sanded for more cleanness and creating suitable scratches. After completing these two steps, the primer coating should be applied on the floor. In this step, the diluted polyurethane liquid with high permeability should be poured on the floor. Creating a surface with high adhesion will protect the next layer from the separation of the floor in the future.
Therefore, the life and durability of the flooring directly depends on the quality of the primer, and choosing the right type of primer and the dryness and cleanliness of the surface when doing it is very important. One of the most important issues that should be considered before applying the primer is the complete dryness of the surface and not paying attention to it will cause a lot of damage.
