What is epoxy and polyurethane flooring:

This flooring is a seamless coating that the floor is coated with  epoxy and polyurethane polymers and  is applied in liquid form in several layers on concrete floor, mosaic or stone, usually from 0.5 to 4 mm, and after 24 hours of application, it is dry and can be used.

These surfaces should be smooth and have sufficient strength before flooring , it is recommended a good butterfly trowel concrete in parking and factories and  other places with heavy traffic and for  hospitals, lobbies , residential buildings , and other places that smoothness of the surface is more important, we  cover the floor  with a smooth and strong mosaic, and after ensuring that the surface is dry and enough clean, then we can start epoxy and polyurethane flooring .

Advantages :

  • It has seamless surfaces, which makes it easy to clean and disinfect.

  • It is possible to choose different colors according to the place of use.

  • It is possible to create all kinds of designs, writings, color lines and artistic designs on it.

  • Liquids do not penetrate to it and can be easily removed from it.

  • It is possible to perform anti-slip for slopes and ramps.


  • Its price is relatively expensive

  • Epoxy flooring turns yellow in direct sunlight and loses its luster, but polyurethane flooring does not have this problem.

  • Epoxy flooring is brittle due to the impact of a hard and heavy object, but the failure is limited and does not spread.
